Dr. Olof Prause, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NBE-Therapeutics, joined the company in September 2025. In this role, he builds the operational foundation that enables the NBE-Therapeutics team to advance its ADC portfolio and improve the lives of cancer patients.

Olof brings extensive experience from both CDMOs and global pharmaceutical companies. He joined NBE-Therapeutics from Boehringer Ingelheim, where he served as International Project Leader and Global Product Manager Operations. In these roles, he oversaw development projects across various lifecycle stages, and managed global manufacturing and launch operations for multiple novel biologics (NBEs). Prior to joining NBE-Therapeutics, Olof was responsible for evaluating external opportunities in Human Pharma (due diligence), leading cross-functional teams to define structured development pathways.

A trained pharmacist, Olof holds a PhD in immunology from the University of Gothenburg and completed postdoctoral research at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm.
