NBE-002 Target
- ROR1, a type-I transmembrane protein with an extracellular domain (ECD) comprised of three structurally different subdomains (the Ig-like, the Kringle or cysteine-rich domain (CRD) and the Frizzled domain) connected to the transmembrane and the intracellular domains.
- Member of the ROR family of receptor tyrosine kinases consisting of ROR1 and ROR2.
- Oncofetal expression: expressed in various hematologic and solid malignancies, but normal expression mostly restricted to early embryonic and fetal development (i.e. largely absent in normal adult tissues).
- Significant prevalence in various solid tumors, including approx. 50% in triple-negative breast cancer and lung adeno-carcinoma.
