Andy Bross serves as Chief Financial Officer of NBE Therapeutics since January 2024. In this role, he oversees Finance & Administration, and serves as Compliance Officer.

Andy has a wealth of experience in Finance & Controlling across various functions and industrial sectors such as the Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Industry and the Metal Processing & Corrugated Processing Industry. He is dedicated to the strategic and operational steering of NBE Therapeutics as part of the Boehringer Ingelheim Group.

Andy holds a master’s degree in Controlling & Consulting from the University of Applied Sciences of Basel.
